Training Coordinator — Pathways & Partnerships
Coordinate partner-led training pathways, manage participant engagement, and support programme planning across specialist disputes and advisory subjects.
We are seeking an organised and proactive Training Coordinator to manage and support our growing portfolio of training pathways. You will coordinate CIArb-aligned learning support, specialist workshops, and partner-led capability-building engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end programme planning and operational support for partner-led workshops and pathways
- Manage participant registrations, communications, and feedback collection
- Liaise with trainers, institutional partners (including CIArb), and venues
- Support programme structure, schedules, and participant information updates
- Prepare participant packs, completion records, and post-programme reports
- Manage programme schedules, budgets, and logistics
- Contribute to outreach for training pathways and partner-led learning opportunities
Requirements
- Background in training, education, event management, or related field
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
